Sales associate Jonathan made my shopping experience here wonderful. I was shopping for mattresses for one of my sons and for our guest room. He gave good advice on priorities to consider for each but didn’t push at all. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient but still warm, genuine, and patient. He and his manager Karston clearly have a good working relationship, and I’m sure Karston is grateful to have him. The store’s product line is top notch, but many different price levels are offered. Prices were a bit lower than those at Crate & Barrel (where I also priced Simmons mattresses since I bought a bed there). I have shopped here before in the past, had an even better experience this time, so I’m sure I’ll return in a couple years when I’m ready to replace another mattress. I would highly recommend SouthPark’s Mattress Firm to anyone!

Had a great experience shopping here with Karston! He was patient, and seemed to not get frustrated when I had tons of questions about each bed, and was jumping between types of beds. Once I was settled on the perfect bed, he was able to pull up his available delivery slots and I was able to be sleeping on my new bed the next day! What a great store to buy from! Will definitely refer friends and family here for their next bed purchase.
