DONOTSIGN A CONTRACTWITHTHEM!!! Went for an exfoliation, I told them before hand it was part of my membership. Went in got the exfoliation(do not recommend) got out and they charged me $ 31 because it was not part of the membership. I paid because they told me since I did NOT have a facial it was an exfoliation I had to pay for that. They then said I still had 2 massages, since I never had a facial. So I booked the massage for the following week. Go back the next month for my last massage … I HADTOPAY!!! They did not tell me before I had the massage, even though I mentioned, This is the last of my massage and make sure it is not billed to my husband’s account. Not only did I have to pay and was one less massage but my husband got billed! They did give back the money to my husband but they did not give me the massage I should have had. It’s their word against mine but I Know I did not get a facial but a horrible exfoliation that I could have done a better job at home!

Do not sign a contract with them. Very difficult to cancel despite the location being closed for months for renovation. They refused to return my phone calls from other locations. Finally had to get in touch with their corporate offices to get my membership for a location that didn’t exist canceled.

I have been going to this location for a couple of years and have been pretty happy with this place but I am so frustrated. actually getting to the point of furious. I have a monthly massage membership with them but right now I’m really not too happy about the fact that they told me several months ago that their new location would be ready to open in August and now it’s October. So, even though they are still charging me the monthly fee, I don’t have a place to go that is located close enough to me to use my monthly massages. What’s aggravating is they have been telling clients something that they probably have known all along wasn’t true by saying they would only be closed until August. It is now November and I don’t see anything going on with this supposedly new one that is under construction in the same center. They haven’t sent any emails or called to give updates so it’s ridiculous that they are trying to string us along and keep charging the monthly fee. I’m going to have to cancel(if I can get to talk to someone) and plan to take my business elsewhere. Such a disappointment in how the ownership has handled this situation.

I have never had such a great experience with a massage membership! Previously I had a membership with Massage Envy for years and by chance received a gift certificate to Massage Heights. Needless to say after my first visit I cancelled my other membership and signed up right away with Massage Heights. The entire process at Massage Heights is extremely client oriented. Not only are the therapist’s extremely talented but they go above and beyond their job description by providing useful breathing techniques and stretches that are personally tailored to my needs. I would highly suggest this place to anyone that is in need of relaxation!

Trust Me go else where. They have great intro pricing however that goes away if you want a second message and how can just stop at one? I regret ever signing up there. The messages were just ok but they didn’t balance out for all the money I lost with them and the aggravation I have gone through. The first problem I had with them was when I had an appointment for a two hour session I called to cancel because I had an emergency to attend to. They said because I didn’t give them enough notice they would have to take away those two credits!!! Doctors offices aren’t even that bad, maybe I fee I can see that but take away two sessions that’s $ 120 because I had to go to the hospital and didn’t give them enough time! They will rob you money any chance they get. My second problem with this place was when I signed up they talked about how it would never be a problem to cancel if I moved out of the area BIGBIG lie. I contacted them when I moved to get all of the paperwork which they tried faxing over time and time again I never received it. I finally just wrote them a cancellation letter which I faxed over with two bills that showed my change of address. I never heard from them and didn’t receive any more bills so I thought everything was ok, two months latter they are sending me to collections for not paying them. Excuses me get your stuff together if you can’t process cancellations and keep track of your things that’s NOT my problem. I showed them a copy of a fax receipt showing them I cancelled months ago, I sent them the paperwork and they didn’t process it on their end and they still won’t budge. Don’t waist your time or money on this place.

Massage Heights has a fantastic introductory price for your very first session. It is only $ 39.99 without taxes or tip. I even found a coupon in one of those mailers for a free«elevation,» which is aromatherapy, a foot exfoliant and massage, or a hot towel and face massage. I was able to get a same-day appointment(great for the impulsive!). Getting your first massage from a new massage therapist is like going to a new hair stylist. I’ve been getting monthly massages for years and I was so sad to leave my massage therapist behind when I moved to Charlotte. I hope to find someone as good. The facility is in a shopping strip-mall area and the front is all windows so anyone can see in the immediate waiting area. However, once you step through the doors, the atmosphere is very classy, the aroma is relaxing, and the front desk receptionist is very friendly and calm. Once you check in and fill out a client form, you go through double-doors and go to a quiet and secluded waiting area for your massage therapist. The music was relaxing. Christopher was my massage therapist and was very friendly. There were times during the massage that he would inform me of what he was doing or going to do next(perhaps due to being a first time guest). At times his movements were too fast and seemed to be a bit rough; however, he was open to any feedback I gave. There were times when I felt relaxed because there was a rhythm to the massage and other times I wasn’t able to drift off because of the lack of rhythm. I think overall it was good and I left feeling better. At the end, you return to the front to pay. They offer a membership package which discounts the price of a monthly massage, but you do not pay a membership fee. I did not feel pressure to make a decision. I was impressed with the facility and the variety of massages and services they offer. I plan on trying a few other places to compare before I settle down with a new massage therapist.
