I used this service a few times and then cancelled. The first clean was great they had a few issues but all were resolved.
My issues started when I was out of town and a neighbor texted me the door and alarm code I created for the cleaning team. They shouted it out twice when entering the home. If the neighbors can hear it shouted out then surely others can hear it. I was not excited to have a potential safety issue.
There were always different people coming to clean and continuity was a challenge. I only have one parking spot and every week I had to deal with confusion and upset cleaners due to the parking. Not sure why parking logistics wasn’t put into the notes for my home. Also I work from home and the team never arrived at the time of the appt. Because they always sent new people I had to field questions about parking etc or have them knocking on my office door while on calls bc they were early and didn’t know where to park etc.
The quality of the cleanings went down hill and got progressively worse. The final straw was when the couch wasn’t vacuumed but pillows were rearranged to try and hide dog hair.
I really wanted to like this company but spent more time dealing with issues (not all listed) and quality concerns.
I let the company know I was cancelling due to issues and they didn’t ask for feedback.

MaidPure has saved the day. I’ve been with them nearly 2 years and they are a refreshing change from other services I’ve used in the past. The owner treats his staff with tremendous respect and understanding. This reflects in the attitude of the cleaners who visit your home. The happier they are the happier everyone is. Some of them bring such joy into the home.
As to the cleaning itself they do a really nice job. Either Julie or Lisa come by after the clean is done to check the work. This is a very special part of the service. Sometimes the house needs attention in more areas or something out of the routine needs to get done and I can always arrange this with Pat beforehand. They consistently come within a one hour range or so and have NEVER cancelled services on me. If they are running late I get a text or a call.
They also use green cleaning products which is a must for me. The house always smells fresh and inviting when they are done.
The main issue of cleaning companies seems to be consistency of getting the same crew into your home week after week and I can understand this. This company has provided the best consistency of all. Right now my most current crew of Patricia and Etelvina do a wonderful job. They just cleaned the entire house for my family who is visiting and everything was left sparkling. If something is missed they are more than happy to come back to re-​do but I’ve never found that necessary.
They are easy to work with, understanding, respectful of our home and flexible. On top of that our home looks beautiful. I highly recommend this cleaning service.

Good company. They did a great cleaning job. They weren’t in a hurry to finish, so the house was sparkling when they left.

I’m very pleased with their thoroughness as well as the care they take to not frighten my cats. When you add in the fact that they are green when they clean, their services become a win for everyone involved!

We engaged MaidPure after arriving in the US from Hong Kong. We had a full time live in maid in Hong Kong so our standards are very high. After interviewing several companies in Charlotte for a regular cleaning service we were unimpressed at the cost and the services offered — we were almost resigned to the fact that we would have to do our own cleaning when we happened on MaidPure. Pat came over, thoroughly reviewed our home, and explained his recommended package for our needs and lifestyle. We decided to move forward with his recommendation and have been extremely happy with the reliability, quality and cost of the service. I would highly recommend them!

I stumbled across MaidPure on Angie’s List last year. The gals from MaidPure have been cleaning my house for several months and it has been a great experience.
The company is well managed and incredibly organized. I’ve had several different teams visit as I had to reschedule a few cleanings. They’ve all been terrific.
Every team leader has a notebook that contains notes from the last cleaning as well as any requests I’ve made via email. A supervisor spot checks after a cleaning to make sure that everything has been done properly. They use organic cleansers and the house smells terrific when they are done.
This is definitely not the cheapest cleaning service in Charlotte. However, I feel better about using this service as I know that the employees are being treated well. The owner takes care of his employees, and it shows.
