Maid in Heaven

It’s a total crapshoot — your house might get cleaned, it might not! You might get lucky (we did, once!) but chances are you’re going to pay for a whole lotta nothin’. And, like others have said: the owner, Beth, could care less about providing quality or customer service. Just plain old rude.
I’ve *hired* Maid In Heaven 3 times, but they’ve cleaned my house 4. First experience was great! Second experience, absolutely nothing got done. To her credit, Beth did arrange for a third cleaning, free of charge, due to the poor work.
THEN, hired Maid in Heaven for another «priority list» clean at 8:00 on a Friday. I stayed home until 8:30, no sign of them. 9:00, I call Beth and ask what’s going on. She kept saying, «Oh…I didn’t think you were home.» Apparently she had to pull and reschedule the cleaner and wasn’t going to tell me because she thought I was at work and wouldn’t realize no one showed up. The rescheduled clean (very inconvenient timing) just didn’t happen. Over half the «priority list» wasn’t done in the 3-​hour period, while the same list PLUS some had been done the first time we hired them. Even worse, the house smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke when we got home. Seriously, I think the place was worse than when we left in the morning.
No apology from Beth for the lack of cleaning or the smell of smoke. I actually got an e-​mail «FYI [cleaner] doesn’t smoke» as if I was lying about the smell.
DO NOT hire. Again, you might get lucky and have a good experience or two, but this company is just not reliable for recurring cleanings and it’s not worth your time to try and deal with Beth.

Very unhappy with this cleaning service. The cleaner arrived a half hour late and offered no apology. I left her a list of things to clean, she left a half hour early, but still requested the whole amount be owed to her (in which I paid her) and said she had gotten through everything on the list. I finally had time to go through everything the other day and found the areas she was asked to be clean filthy. I took pictures and would love to find a way to post them on here.
Bottom line: Don’t use — there are enough other cleaning services out there. I wish I had saved the money and done it myself since I had to go behind and clean everything anyways.

So instead of an apology and «let me fix this for you» this is the racist ignorant rant that I receive from the owner (Maid in Heaven)

For your kind information Beth — I am from NYC (New York City) and over there yes — irrespective of how bad the service of a contract is — owners do take care to rectify it not come up with racist ignorant rant. Just because my name does not sound as «Bubba» does not mean I jumped the border and walked here all the way from EL Paso Texas (which you so kindly think the case is for any one or anything that does not rhyme with Bubba)
I have our conversations recorded and can happily bring it up in a Better Business Bureau court for violation of contract. Just proves to show how ignorant you personally are since you never bother to step out of the shadows of your world. Plus paying people $ 10 an hour while you pocketing the rest is «ooh soo dignified of you» As I said, I will make sure your business is blacklisted and never shall customers suffer who made the mistake of depending on your sub standard service.
