Talk about MISERABLE! The front office staff could use some professional development (or a raise) as they are clearly not happy and are deterring business away from a REALLY GOOD doctor. Kathy told me NO or WE CANT or WE DONT so many times, that I decided to take my insurance AND my business to a happier office with happier staff who (in fact) said YES… WE CAN and WE WILL! I highly recommend Charlotte Dentistry. Its worth the drive. Trust me.
