LOFT

Came in to exchange an online order that I placed and I stood there at the counter for a good 10 minutes and wasn’t greeted or help. Hubs knew I was boiling inside. The girl behind the counter was, what I thought, folding and rehanging clothes and never looked up at me. I finally said something and she snapped back saying she’s with a customer. I looked around and I was the only one standing in front of her. She finally said she was ringing up clothes for the customer that was still grabbing items off racks like she was on some hidden shopping spree show. Whatever… so I walked away and returned when she was done with the high paying customer.
I just wished she was nicer about it and acknowldeged that I was standing there. I shouldn’t have to greet the workers… it should be the other way around.
