Kiplin Auto Repair and Performance

Kiplin automotive is not what they appear to be. U can put ur money down but they will take ur name of the loan & put it in somebody elses name. Then offer u a credit for the money u spent because they kno they were in the wrong as I have ALL my documentation to back up their mess. They will run u around for a year then tell u tough luck no refund. So they walked off with my money (over $ 1400)& no car. Ive even referred ppl here while i patiently waited for a vehicle that u knew u never planned on delivering Kip. This place is so unorganized & lines of communication are horrible. As a customer u get lost in the shuffle as they have issues with phones, moving offices, getting robbed, and whatever story fits their needs to avoid doing right. Thats fine as I have my docs & will be reporting u to the DMV for ur shady business practices. If anybody has sense, dont do business with them & if u do keep everything like i have including screenshots of text messages from the owner.

Very limited interaction here. Needed an inspection and saw the huge sign going down independence. So I go in and see two young ladies, early 20s, who stopped talking, but didn’t say anything to me. They just stared, waiting for me to say something. Awkward. So I broke the silence and asked if I could get an inspection. One of the girls finally resigned from The Quiet Game and says «No, our technician isn’t here and we don’t know when he’ll be back.» I said thanks and left. Crappy looking business with matching customer service. Go to Goodyear.
