Efficient, friendly, lots of explanations. I’m scared of the dentist but I’m actually keeping my appointments at this office instead of putting them off.

If I could give no stars I would! This office has incompetent staff. I received a normal cleaning 9 months ago; however, I recently received a collection notice for failure to pay. I received no prior notices and when I called the office asking why the response «well the system shows it was sent». Not a good start for resolving an issue. I replied — isn’t a person working the system?
Nonetheless, I took time out of my day to conduct a 15 minute conference call because the system didn’t tell the person to use common sense and pick up the phone to call the insurance company. The insurance company advised they never received a claim, again the dental person’s response «our system shows sent».
Bottomline, the system never filed the claim correctly, the system never received a confirmation a claim was filed, and the system didn’t have sense to tell the person to pick up a phone. Everything is the system’s fault. The dentist is ok, nothing special or different than any other dentist. The location was convenient but due to the laziness of the system I can not recommend.
