Just went in there with my wife on New Years Eve day. She was exchanging a Christmas gift for a different size! Two young ladies were standing at the register talking. She stood there for over 3 minutes while they were talking to each other. No «hello», no «I will be right with you». Hell, they didn’t even make eye contact with her! Is customer service a lost thing? I mean, forget customer service for a second, it’s just manners! Some may«write this off» to no big deal or a little thing, but I don’t! I have the luxury of spending my disposable income where I choose. Journeys is not a place we will go anymore! That shitty customer service starts with the management, district managers and national management! Hold your staff to a better standard than we experienced! If you continue to only judge your success by your«numbers» at the end of each month, you will not succeed long term!
