Nathaniel came out to my house and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me detailed info on what he was going to do and what he was using. After the first treatment I did see an improvement. Lets see if they can get rid of the carpenter ants in my backyard.

Jermaine showed up on time and was extremely knowledgable, professional, and friendly. I look forward to doing business with Insight while killing all of the spiders at the same time!

We had our initial treatment today. Dallin was very professional and walked me thru the whole process. I worked on both the inside and out. I will post another review as we work with them thru the year.

Jordan came by first and gave me a great deal on a program. Jermaine came by later that day and performed the initial service. Both men were professional and courteous. Jermaine even helped me track down my dog, who slipped out when I opened the door!
Since this was just the initial service, it is too soon to comment on the service itself. I will update this comment as needed.

Jermaine was my service professional. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained to me in detail what he was going to do. My service just began, but I am expecting great results.

I have been a customer for about a year. This company was not what I thought it was going to be. On the first application they placed glue traps in my garage instead of placing any product in there. The only thing the glue trap caught was a lizard, which actually eats bugs. When I called them about this they said well we use many different techniques. That is not an effective technique to exterminate bugs and is only used to see what kind of bugs you might have. My garage was filled with wolf spiders all year. On top of that it seemed like they only did the minimum treatment each time they came out.
Trying to reach these people on the phone is nearly impossible. You have to wait on hold for about 15 minutes each time you call in a cue. If your call gets dropped, you have to call back and sometimes that puts you further back in the cue. I wasted many hours on hold with them.
The last straw was when my dining area in my kitchen became infested with ants. A week after they did my quarterly and treated the outside of the house my kitchen exploded with Ants. I called them and they told me it my fault I did not have the tech treat inside. He never informed me he needed to. Then when I finally got them to come back and treat inside, they did spray the baseboards, but they also put out a bait trap. Three days later my kitchen was filled with Ants again. They told me I had to wait two weeks for the product to start working. TWO WEEKS!!! I have to wait two weeks with Ants crawling all over my eating area. EWWW! I had to keep cleaning up the ants and throw away all my cats food since it was infested. It is unacceptable that they did not retreat the outside of the house around the door way and windows of the kitchen where the ants were coming from. NEVER AGAIN will I use them or recommend them to anyone.

Technician today was the most professional yet. He took the time to answer my questions and when I showed him a problem area, he was patient and took the time to eliminate the issue. Happy with my service!

I started service with Insight a little over a year ago, after a sales person knocked on my door to solicit service. They were running a promotion and I only needed to commit to a year of service. When the year was up I called and spoke with a customer service representative and told her I wanted to cancel mostly due to financial constraints but also because I could not see a drastic improvement from when I was personally treating my home. I recently suspected that I may have termites and called them, after a complete assessment and a service guarantee I signed up with them again. The technician Michael was very through and knowledgeable I trusted what he was telling me I am pleased that I do not have to incur a costly termite treatment.

I was very impressed with Insight’s initial treatment. I have had a couple other pest companies in the past, but Insight seemed to do a much thorough job. In addition to spraying the outer perimeter and inside the home where the water lines come in, which everyone else does, Insight also put granules on the yard about 10 – 15 feet around the house, as well as used a rod to put some powder along the corners/​outer walls to prevent spiders from building webs, wasps from building nests etc. Our technician Casey H. was very polite and courteous, answered all my queries and explained everything he was doing. All in all, seems like a really good choice for me.

Insight Pest Solutions has very friendly staff and service is great! Our ant problem has disappeared. It is very easy to schedule calls backs when necessary at no additional cost. Our Technician pay attention to our requests and question and is very informative.

Always willing to work with your around the holidays. Willing to come out in between treatments if you run into a pest issue without additional cost.

i love the service. the price is reasonable the techs pay attn to requests and issues. they have been excellent. i feel they go beyond to make sure i am comfortable even if i am being a baby about icky bugs lol

Only question I did not ask was would Marc L continue to be our Technician and would we become part of his route as that would seal the deal for us.

Great attention to detail, techs ask many questions to treat the pest appropriately. Very careful inside the home. Doesn’t leave without numerous opportunities for you to ask questions or give feedback.
