Utterly incompetent. Their website quoted me a very specific cost and I was invoiced a price 15% higher. The oblivious ‘support’ people were too dim to recognize the obvious error on their behalf, even though I explained it in detail. I was refused additional assistance. By far the most pathetic and incompetent organization I’ve yet to deal with.

I have had a chronic problem with timely application of COBRA premium payments. By way of example(and these are just examples — not all — inclusive), because of delays at Infinisource, it was necessary for me to send a duplicate payment via overnight delivery(Infinisource refused to reimburse my necessary expense). Another example involved a letter issued by Infinisource that stated that the policy was about to be terminated for non-payment of premium when, in fact, Infinisource had already applied the payment a week earlier. Every COBRA payment has been sent to Infinisource approximately two weeks prior to due date.
