We took our car here, and had to leave it overnight. We asked that they let us know if they would be able to do the repair BEFORE working on it but, they just went ahead and did the work and called when it was done WITHOUT our authorization. Part of this work included installing new brake pads. Here it is, 8 mos later and the brake pads are shot… so bad that it screwed up my rotors and in fact did NOT even fix what we initially contacted them about and ultimately paid them for. They are refusing to take any responsibility for the work they screwed up and now I’m having to pay triple the cost to get new parts. I read a previous review where they also did work w/​o the customer’s authorization… do NOT do business with them!
