Please do not waste your money buying bracelets from Helzberg. They tried to fix my bracelet that my husband bought me one year ago. I’ve taken it back to them due to a warranty my husband bought with the bracelet. I will wear it one time and boom it will break again. I have instructed my dear sweet husband not to purchase any jewelry from Helzberg Diamonds.

I was searching for a particular piece of jewerly and these folks are highly recommended in other locations, so I decided to try them out.
Professional, nice, friendly, and very helpful with my questions. They worked hard to earn my business, but in the end I went with someone else.
They took my information and sent me emails regarding some outstanding questions I had as well as additional information on other items.
As for customer service they have the A game, but unfortunately I went with another jeweler for other reasons.
