Giving them 5 stars simply because they had what I needed in stock. The GameStop location closest to my home didn’t have a Wii U controller my son needed. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. My son had the biggest smile on his face and is so happy to have his«bowser» themed controller.

Love the location, Love the service, Jessica was on top of it and it is nice to find a female gamer that knows her stuff. Although not a FPS player, she was able to direct me correctly to games she thought I would like and… she was right. So I am satisfied with my experience here.

When I just getting started with my Wii, I used to come here for the used games. They don’t give you much for trading in a game but it’s better than nothing and they also have a decent selection of new and used games. For the most part, the staff is helpful but usually I know what I want and get in and out within 15 minutes.

There is something very undeniable about a large majority of retail stores. We’ve all experienced it, we all know it and I can attest to it as a one time retail employee. What am I referring to? Bad customer service of course. 75%(I totally made that number up) of retail employees all seem to live by one code of conduct, «FML». Experience has taught me that most of the time, it’s just a job. Just a job… that is, unless you work for Gamestop. Electronic stores, especially Gamestops have employees that actually like their job, like what they do and instill a sense of pride and passion in the services in which they provide. This location by far has the friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable(in that order) employees of all the Gamestops in Charlotte. I just picked up Madden ’11,(BTW for the record, kinda sucks) and as usual, this shopping trip was more than congenial. So before I exchange it for something better, who wants some of the Chargers on PS3?!
