I can only speak for the shipping portion of this store, but wow! Living in Charlotte, it’s been hard to find great customer service, but this location nailed it. I went in around 9:30pm to have two packages shipped. Didn’t have boxes or packing supplies I needed, and Elvissa calculated the most economical sizes and items quickly and efficiently. She made it a pleasant experience and double-​checked everything to ensure each package went to the correct location. Tracking was included and the items arrived yesterday without incident — faster delivery than promised. Thanks to Elvissa, I will be back! This location also has computers, printing, and other services if needed.

It’s always convenient to have an office center close by. I’ve used this location to scan in old photos, make copies, mass order publications, even use their fax machine. Each time, the store was never too too busy and the staff was very helpful. Definitely like the whole «self-​serve» approach, but the desk is there to help you if you need anything.
There are even workstations if you need to create documents or surf the internet.
