Expert Nail & Tanning

I am a hair stylist in uptown Charlotte and I work in customer service every single day and I will have to say this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees should be ashamed of themselves. Honestly I downloaded the Unilocal app just so I could write this review, that’s how terrible of an experience I had. The intire time the lady was up and down waxing and taking care of everyone else but me. Then her coworker came over and talked to her in Chinese the whole time and they watched YouTube videos and laughed together the whole time. Needless to say I am very unsatisfied and will never be back. THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE and my nails are no better then they were when I went in. I give them ZERO STARS

Absolutely worst manicure ever!
The service was sub-​par (employees were not friendly), and my sister had a terrible manicure. She was left with weird looking edges, uneven gel polish, bubbles and multitude of other bad things for a shellac manicure.
The girl that did my nails didn’t bother to do the tips so they look unfinished and worse than I could have done at home with cheap polish. There was also no massage, lotion or anything remotely close to a «spa» type service. It might only be $ 20 for a shellac manicure but, like they say, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

I have been going here to get my feet done for the last 10 years. They are very detailed and get upclose and personal with your feet. All pedicures and manicures come with the wax dip, which is extra a many other nail shops. The best times to come are the weekdays, but even when you come on the weekends you don’t have to wait to long. They always have ample staff to do nails and feet. The pedicure chairs a plentiful and the motors on the massagers are strong. They also have a full service salon. Offer waxing of eyebrows and body waxing.

Only place I will go! I get my hair cut, eyebrows waxed, nails and pedicures done here. There is sometimes a wait, but only because they are that good! Best pedicure I’ve ever had!
