Lots of college age kids work here and they are so nice! Came in during the snow and they were super sweet.

Yes, as one reviewer said, the place is dirty. I stopped in to use the restroom and thought I might treat myself to a donut on the way out. A big NO on both. The smell in the restroom hit me like a fist. I had to turn away as soon as I opened the door. Probably should have guessed it wouldn’t be nice since the place itself looked like it needed a good wipe down. Maybe this was just the Universe telling me I really did NOT need that donut but shame on you Dunkin’ Donuts for being the messenger!

Normally I wouldn’t give people a negative reviews, but I specifically asked the people today if a flavoring contained any dairy just to be sure, because I have a milk allergy and I let them know. They said they didn’t think so, and the one guy working behind the counter thought it was a joke or something and said«oh it’s sugar free!» in which I asked, «okay, does it have milk or no?» and they said no. I’m with a friend and decided to double check on Dunkin Donuts website on our way to work, and sure enough, the«Contains Allergen» is Milk. So now I have this drink I paid for that I can’t drink because these employees decided to not take the two seconds to look at a label and let me know. I’m not okay with people messing with others’ allergies. I now have to work all day with the risk of having to leave because I’m sick.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever seen. I told the manager about it, and he defended it because he’s been«too busy» to see the condition of the store. I can’t believe they make and serve food in there.

Yesterday I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, tea, and a glazed doughnut. The person that made my sandwich had gloves on which is good. What isn’t good he went to back to get a box of chicken salad for the freezer or refrigerator. He opened the box, removed a container of chicken salad, fixed my sandwich and didn’t change gloves prior to fixing my sandwich. Mind the gloves had to touch the refrigerator door and the box which both have germs. I informed the clerk that rang up my food that I wasn’t going to eat that sandwich due the fact it is not sanitary to fix food after touching a box that came from the refrigerator and at some point that same box was in warehouse and in the back of truck. The clerk to told the other clerk to make another sandwich and to change his clothes. The clerk that had to fix another sandwich had an attitude when I told him thank you.

As a New Englander, this is not what Dunkin Donuts coffee should taste like. I had an Iced coffee yesterday — it tasted like watered down cream. I had a hot coffee today and it tastes like hot water. There is absolutely no coffee flavor. Very disappointing. I think someone needs to be retrained or re-read the directions on how to make a good pot of coffee. We also had bagel sandwiches — they were so-so. Again, not what you get in New England. We’ll try somewhere else for the rest of our trip. Customer service was fine — but I find everyone in the south much nicer.

As a DD regular(first at this location), I have come to expect great customer service. The guys here today blew it out the park. Absolutely the best feeling to walk into an establishment and feel welcomed. While chatting with a lady in line(I never meet a stanger) she gave me suggestions on her favorite coffee. In an adventurous mood, I ordered«whatever she’s having». Impressed by how awesome it was. The lady behind me was obviously a regular, too. They took the time to offer her new things, but knew her order down to the light ice-awesome sauce. I left within minutes, but those brief smiles, laughes and awesome coffee have helped shape an awesome day.

I’ve given this location, and many others, opportunities to change my mind. It hasnt. Customer service is horrible. I used to love Dunkin but for some reason it’s going down hill. They never get the order correct. Every time I’m ordering they walk away mid sentence to make the drink before I even finish with the details. I wouldn’t mind if they got it right but I always have to go back and tell them to change it.

I was on my way to try and find Jackson’s Java, unfortunately, I failed at this endeavor and stumbled upon Dunkin’ Donuts to crave my caffeine fix. This place was not kept up. The floors were disgusting, sprinkles, q-tips, straw wrappers, bread crumbs not in one area, but everywhere. The whole place was dusty, it looks like the window sills have never been clean, nor do they clean the outside of their equipment. Though, because it is a chain, I’d assume they clean the inside of the equipment they use. The sugar bar was a mess, tables were not bused. I rarely go to Dunkin’ Donuts, maybe three times, ever? I asked the cashier what type of latte flavors there are, because I could not find them on the menu, and she said they are«over there», She served me with an attitude, and there was no intention on upselling– I felt like I was asking a favor to order something from her. Staff morale needs to be raised. They looked like they hated their job. I was trying to find a place to sit, and later on I noticed that the staff keeps their personal items out on the floor, laptops, drinks, taking up from customer spots. Overall, I took this as a reminder why I do not go to Dunkin Donuts to get my coffee.

The customer service is so so but the food is consistently good and that’s reason enough for me to keep coming back.

This DD location suffers from«hit-or-miss» customer service. There usually seem to be new-ish people learning the registers during the most inopportune times, such as during the weekend morning rush, and so the line backs up and orders get confused. I warn that you come armed with some patience but there are usually a couple of friendly faces behind the counter trying their best to get people in and out. Since you’ll most likely be waiting in line, I suggest checking the DD app because there are usually coupons/deals available that require no registration.

All I wanted was a cup of coffee. Went in this morning ordered a large cup of coffee with cream and sugar and practically got a large cup of half and half with sugar. Hungover and needed a cure, you suck university DD…

After the past couple of weeks I have to update my review… this is no longer the best DD. I don’t know that there is one LOL. The manager got moved to another store and they have hired several new people… one specifically that has MAJOR attitude problems. I’ve heard him snap at customers 3 times now. Its not just me either, one of the girls there is always aggravated by his lack of customer service too. It’s hit or miss with the service, there are still 2 awesome people there but the others need one of those«for dummies» books. The same coffee I get everyday taste different each day, some days waaay different. Prepare to wait in line also bc many don’t know the proper way to work a register. On positive notes, they usually always have a coupon for you, it’s cheaper than Starbucks and the app is pretty cool bc you get a lot of weekly and monthly deals.

Awfully chinzy with the frosintg — they didn’t come close to covering the top of a boston crème donut. Staff was more focused on chit chat than customers.

We love DD, and I’m glad there is one close by. We went there late Friday evening to grab a half dozen. Clean restaurant and nice guys working there. One complaint: we ordered several key lime donuts, brought them home, and discovered they were all practically missing the key lime filling! Oops! Hope we don’t run into that problem again.

This place just opened, and in a wonderfully convenient location! Right on the corner of Harris Blvd and University City Blvd :) I’m a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts as of late, and treat the stores as if they were a Starbucks. The seating areas are pretty empty, and its right by CPCC Cato Campus, so I plug in my laptop and go to town on assignments while munching. What do I munch on, you ask? I usually go healthy(yup, at Dunkin Donuts) and get a toasted multigrain bagel with veggie cream cheese. OR an egg white and cheese multigrain sandwich. If you want to treat yo self, I recommend the Brownie Batter Donut: no other donut compares!!! Lastly my tip: Try to find deals online or coupons in the mail!
