You get what you pay for. The room itself was not too bad. AC works good, TV is out of date but has some good channels, bed comfy but not the best. We have been walking around the room in flip flops because the carpet either needs a deep cleaning or they need a new one. You can tell its hard in some spots… it looks like its been here fo quite a while with no real upkeep. When I walked into the bathroom I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned… there was hair on the walls and the floor was not swept. As I was rinsing off the shower, a cockroach popped out of the shower curtain. I would stay at a Days Inn again, but DEFINITELY not this one.

Very clean room. A/C worked great(very important for me.) Staff was good, helpful. Breakfast was a let down: some bread and dry cereal, a gallon of milk and some juice was basically all there was. Rooms run even on one side, odd on the other. Didn’t notice until actually at the room(to tired to have noticed anything at time or arrival). No children, so pool was not a factor, but it looked very clean and was located indoors) Overall I have stayed at much worse places. Perfect place if you really just need a place to chill out/sleep during a weekend or whatever.

NASTYHOTEL ! DONOTSTAYHERE! My friend and I stayed for CIAA weekend and if it was not for all other rooms being booked, and the prices of the extremely upscale ones being so expensive, we would have stayed elsewhere. Upon arrival we took a glance at the room they wanted to give is and was completely blown away. The room had a dirty carpet, the vanity was coming away from the wall and needed recaulking(it was FILTHy), there was also debris in the bathroom floor. I went back up front and said we needed another room. The next room was WORSE. It was even more debris on the carpet and bathroom floor, burn marks in the carpet from smokers, stains splattered on the wall… it was absolutely disgusting. I could NOT believe it. I went up front AGAIN and said look, I need the best room you have, and explained how bad the rooms were, how far I drove(Md) and how badly I did not want to stay there and how I needed to né accommodated. STAT ! After apologizing profusely, and explaining how the owners were not looking to renovate even though it was needed bad, I was given a small discount and a key to one last room. On the 3rd floor, with no elevator in sight. The room was a little better, but had a stain on the wall by the bed close to the bathroom, it looked like it may have been from water damage. Since this room looked better than the first, we decided to settle. During our usual room inspection, we found cigarette burn holes in the sheets, there were 2 small throw size pillows on the bed, and the sheets had stains on them. Like stains from washing and not coming out of the sheets. I told the young lady at the front desk to change the sheets, give us 4 more pillows and plenty of linens(washcloths and towels) and we would deal with it. She promised us she would fix it right away, herself, and we told her we were going to get food, and come back… We came back and our tv remote was missing, as we were unpacking we noticed. I called. downstairs and was told oh, we moved you to a better room, so come get the keys to it. WHAT!!! After we have already started unpacking!!! !!! Now I had remained calm all this time but I was starting to get angry at this point. Why she decided to change our room WHILE we were gone was beyond me… if I hadn’t called down idk how. i would have known of the changes. I said someone needs to bring the key to US now ! So we gathered our things, again ! And moved down the hall a few floors down. Sooooo this room had NO microwave… so while gathering our things, we went to the old room and brought the microwave right on down with us… smh . . Sooooo…all rooms had the old big back tvs in them. No flat screens at all… the remote looked like someone took it apart and could not get it back together, the toilet would not flush well. I had to flush like 4 times for it to clear the bowl. After each use. The tub looked like it had rust or dirt around the drain… we used bath mats to stand on when showering. The water was VERY hard. The heater in the room kept blowing out cold air after the being in for a while. It got cold at night. We could not leave it on while gone from the room. The bathroom door was chipping away at the bottom, and would not close all the way. I am absolutely appalled at the conditions of this motel. Tear it down and build a new one ! I only gave one star because I am forced to give one by Unilocal, but this place deserves negative stars!

Clean rooms, good staff, price is good if booking via app, almost double if you book in person, great location(10 minutes to just about everywhere)…also unlike the Super8 next door, they do not put a hold on your card. Also the cable TV has all the basic channels.

For the price, this is a good hotel. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and the indoor pool was clean and warm. Even the continental breakfast was pretty good. That being said, the rooms, while clean, are on the shabby side. The staff never smiles or offers any kind of pleasant greeting, even when you smile and say hello to them. You will get more personality and friendliness from the coffee carafe, which by the way, contains some pretty tasty coffee. The pool towels are free but small and scratchy. The lobby also doubles as the breakfast eating area and is quite cramped but acceptable. The TV has HBO and a few other channels. The room microwave was a very small, low power version but worked Breakfast choices included 2 dry cereals, oatmeal, white/wheat/cinnamon raisin bread or yogurt. There was coffee, milk, orange juice or apple juice. Three was a toaster, margarine, peanut butter, and some jellies. Overall, for the price, it was a nice stay.
