Then, she pre-​interviewed them and pre-​screened them to make sure they were a good fit before we even spent our time meeting them. Then she handled background checks, driving checks, and calling references for us– and presented it all in a package for us. Fast forward to 2 months later– we have the PERFECT nanny for us– and are so happy! It was very affordable for the service we received– and it was the easiest part of moving.
