Charlotte Taste

Charlotte Taste magazine isn’t a food magazine like one might expect; it’s more about having taste. A taste for fashion, a taste for restaurants, a taste for culture. It was an interesting read, as it covered a variety of topics and articles, but most everything was high-​end taste. In my opinion, one can have good taste and not spend a fortune. I did like learning that Kristin Davis (from «Sex and the City») is starting a clothing line with Belk stores. If Carrie can do it, why not Charlotte, right?
I found it funny that one «what’s hot» article talked about what’s hot in Charlotte but when it came to cupcake bakeries, they only mentioned New York City and Chicago. Not a word was mentioned about any in Charlotte (and I had just been to a so-​so one recently). I guess none of the ones here have yet to compare. I think there’s a market for it…
