We are in the process of building a pool. Champion Fence was recommended to us by Suoerior Pools. I cannot say enough about how thrilled we were to get such fabulous customer service during these four months. While we struggled with our pool company Brian kept us well informed with his cheerful calls and always apologized when things didn’t go as planned… even for the rain! Others could certainly take lessons from Champion Fence on customer service.

FANTASTIC! Would highly recommend Champion! They were able to, not only start 2 weeks early on our fence, but we’re finished in just 3 days! Excellent quality fence and phenomenal workers! We could not be more ecstatic about our fence, we absolutely ADORE it! The customer service was the reason that we chose Champion in the first place. They were very fast to respond to my wants/​needs/​questions and were always a pleasure to speak with on the phone!

Great experience with everyone we worked with at Champion Fence from sales through to installation (Gina, Van, Brian, Lopez). They installed 425 feet of aluminum fencing and brick columns for us. The pricing was very competitive, the lifetime guarantee was a deal maker, and the excellent quality of their workmanship is what would make me use them again (and refer them to others) without the slightest hesitation.

Requested a quote to have a 25 foot section of fence repaired. They furnished a quote and said they were 1 or 2 weeks out. I accepted it and paid via credit card. A couple days later they emailed me to say they would be almost a month out and we set a date. I took off work to meet them on the day we agreed upon and nobody showed up. I called them and they said they will be out the following day. Meanwhile I lost a day of wages. They priced me competitively to get the job and then put me on low priority to fit me in.
