Cedar has been a complete nightmare for me and my community. From unanswered emails to the lack of follow-up on community violations. I have never been so frustrated by the lack of concern and lack of professionalism shown by this company and their employees.

This is the worst management company ever! They gave me the run around about simple things I needed. Someone in there office made a mistake and had my water turned off instead of someone else and no one took ownership of it. I emailed them and informed them I was changing banks to stop taking the direct deposit out of that bank, I got no response so I called and wouldn’t you know it they took it out anyway. Then they charged me so ridiculous fees. I wouldn’t even buy my dream home if it was dirt cheap if these losers were managing it!

The management group does not know how to conduct business. You have to call them 5 times before they will actually do what they are suppose to do. They will not call you back after you talk with them and they say they will. Very unprofessional. They are the HOA for a house I own, if not for that, I would never do business with them again. Unfortunately it is unaviodable.

I send in a request online, nothing happens. I call about it, wait on hold for 15 minutes, and it turns out they never got the request from their website. 3 weeks later… call them again, still have no update on my request. They don’t know the status because it is with«maintenance», whom I cannot speak to unless my request is over a month old… Really? STAYAWAY from this management company. I have never had to deal with such poor customer service regarding my HOA or maintenance requests.

Horrible company… I live out of state and rent my property. Cedar Management Group took my Bradford subdivision HOA over and decided to change my method of contact from email to postal mail. When I did not respond to an invoice sent to the house(since I never got it because I don’t live there), they turned the account over to collections and I paid an extra $ 400. In the interim, they were sending me a bunch of newsletters. etc to my email address, but never once notified my of payment per the agreed-upon manner. I will never buy a property in a community managed by this company. 1-star over-rates this ‘management group’.

If you value your Real Estate. DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY… I am an out of state owner of a condo in Dilworth. I had water damage from a unit above me. Instead of acting on this right away. They wanted to see pictures. asking silly questions. Like. Where is the water coming from??? Three days went by before they sent anyone to the property. Since then approximately two weeks ago. I have had only minimal communication with the property manager of my complex. No response to emails or phone calls. And when i call back after being left on hold for 10 minutes. they have switched the phones to the answering service. I wish we would have stayed with our previous management company. William Douglas…
