I ordered parts for my 1972 Ford Bronco and the wrong sheet metal part was sent to me. I spent over 10 minutes on hold waiting for Chad in the returns department.. I tried to explain to this rather grumpy individual that the part does not match the one pictured in the online catalog.. I thought I was talking to myself because he didnt seem very interested… it turns out that they are out of stock and they have no idea when the part will be restocked.. I followed the instructions regarding returning the part and Dennis Carpenter parts does not pay to ship it back to them… I went to the post office and its over 12.00 to ship a 20.00 part back to NC… I had bought over 90.00 worth of parts but this will be the last time. besides this part had surface rust and a Bronco Graveyard sticker on it. I’ll just stick to Tom’s Broncos or Bronco Graveyard next time.
