Had a very positive experience with Dr. Knudson and his staff. I switched from an Uptown vision center and so happy I did. Dr. Knudson is very detailed and knowledgeable. The staff is warm and friendly. Location is great too — near my home. The technology is up to date as well. I look forward to continuing my vision care at this office. Frame selection is nice as well.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained staff.
I feel confident coming here for eye issues other than just routine eye exams. Dr. Knudson is the best optometrist I have ever met. He got my prescription better than it ever has been.
My only qualm is the lack of selection of men’s glasses, but that is a very small qualm.

This is my second checkup with Carolinas Vision Group. Dr Douglas is wonderful and thorough and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Never any pressure to go in any particular direction with my choices and those choices are varied and excellent! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This is an excellent vision center. Friendly staff and very personal service. The best eye check-​up I have ever had (and, I have been wearing glasses and/​or contacts for almost 50 years). Modern equipment that was painless and provided a really interesting look inside the eye. Dr Chuck took a lot of time to explain all the results and his recommendations. First class place. Highly recommended.

This practice has been my eye care professionals since I first moved to Charlotte 3 years ago. As well as seeing both of my teens for contacts and routine eye exams, we have always had a positive experience. The doctor is professional, knowledgeable, prompt and helpful as well as the support staff being courteous, friendly, professional and on time! Dr. Douglas always is receptive to my concerns, always gives me her full attention (which is very important to me) and always treats me with care and respect. I highly recommend this practice for your eye care needs.

Great Doctors, great location, excellent small office with everything you need, very flexible and helpful to accommodate any changes, issues, or contact lens needs. Highly recommended. Annual appointment is easy and they have Optomap — any doctor still dialating your pupils is not up to speed, you need to switch to Dr. Knudson or Dr. Douglas!

Went for the first time with my 2 teenagers, it happened that there was a family emergency that day, they had called me to reschedule but I didn’t get the message in time. I had taken off work for the appointment and it was time sensitive with my insurance. Dr. Mark worked the three of us in. I know she had seen a lot of patients already and hadn’t eaten all day. The staff still made us feel welcome and Dr Mark gave the most professional, complete exam I’ve ever gotten. Not a rush job which I would have understood. I can not say enough good things about the staff and the Doctors. First class, good team work, extended hours.

I had my first eye exam there this afternoon and chose Carolinas Vision based on all the Unilocal reviews… and I want to thank y’all for your input because I LOVED this place! Everyone was super friendly and so nice. I never waited for any length of time and they have a huge selection of frames. I know I’ll be back to this office and highly recommend to anyone. I moved to the area last year so I’ve found a lot of places based on Unilocal reviews and this by far has been has been the best!

When we moved here three years ago my wife went to someone else and she did not like the doctor. I decided to try Carolina Vision based on Unilocal reviews. I was very happy and my wife has also switched. The staff has a great combination of friendliness and professionalism. It is obvious the staff is focused on client service. The Carolinas Vision Group is very thorough in caring for the health of my eyes. I am a diabetic and so this is especially important to me. The staff is professional and friendly and the Doctors take their time to provide information and make you feel at home and important.

I have been coming to Carolina’s Vision Group for several years. I switched from another optometrist office because I found the staff unfriendly and I was left waiting in an exam room for 30 minutes with no type of communication. I find it very easy to make an appointment at a time that is convenient for me. The staff is extremely friendly and they make it easy to relax. I have seen both doctors and like them equally well. They are both genuine and sincere. Everything is explained to you and they take the time to answer any questions you have. I do not feel rushed during the exam or afterwards.

Dr. Chuck and team are wonderful! I would normally dread going to an eye appointment but they make it very easy. The last time I went they used a machine so I did not have to get my eyes dilated which is great! I highly recommend Carolinas Vision Group!

My first experience was great. I saw Dr. Mark on an emergency basis, which involved something being stuck in my eye. They got me in within two hours of my call and good to go in 30 min. Per the Dr’s request I set an appointment 2 days later for follow up, somehow the staff put it down for a week later. They still managed to get me in when I showed up not realizing it was scheduled wrong. At that time I set my exam appointment for the following week. Later I had to call and move it up to 8 am. Somehow again they staff got it wrong. I enjoyed Dr. Mark but the scheduling needs help.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Knudsen for the past few years. Dr. Knudsen and his staff have always been very friendly and easy to work with. Even though they seem to be busier now than they have been, it is still easy to get an appointment on fairly short notice.
I also appreciate how the doctor and his staff work to get you in and out with minimal waiting, while maintaining a high level of quality. They also make getting glasses or contacts easy and worry-​free. I could not recommend them more!
