I wanted a real estate agent who would focus on me, the buyer. I ended up buying new construction, so finding the place was mostly my doing. But the realtor’s experience helped me turn all the various incentives the builder offered into a zero cost closing. In fact, it was so zero cost that I ended up getting a little bit of my down payment refunded to me, after the seller paid for my homeowners insurance and other stuff too!!!
