I had my first appointment with Dr. Mock at the Monroe office. She is absolutely amazing. She takes time with you and doesn’t rush you out the door. I have had numerous doctors since being diagnosed with an illness and she was the first that took my situation seriously. I absolutely enjoy seeing her and her nurse. They are great. The only thing I have a issue with is the front office staff. Sometimes they are friendly and sometimes they have an attitude. I normally ignore them and just sit in a corner until called by my nurse.

I had my first visit today with Dr. Roginsky and arrived very early to my appointment by mistake(completely my fault) but ended up have to wait a while in the room as well. As soon as Dr. Roginsky came in she apologized for the delay. She is very sweet and made me feel super comfortable as a new patient. I set up a web portal through their online system while I was there and within a few hours after my appointment received a message on the portal from Dr. Roginsky to personally apologize again for the delay. Would definitely recommend Dr. Roginsky to anyone!

The front desk ladies at Blakeny leave a lot to be desired. Arrived with a smile on my face and tried to make eye contact with any one of the three who were at the desk. None were busy. None would make eye contact or acknowledge my presence. Seriously, how hard is it to say«Hi» when a patient comes through the door, especially if one isn’t busy? Maybe it was just an off day for them. I hope so.
