Unfortunately, my experience with Blind and Shutter Depot was sub optimal, but this was not the fault of the company itself. The manufacturer used behind the scenes delivered on their promises for initial delivery, but their customer services post sale was absolutely atrocious. To be fair, I cannot fault the Blind and Shutter Depot for this — we all choose business partners that we regret, and Jeff was great to work with despite the poor situation. In continuing conversations with Jeff after the fact, they have terminated their relationship with the manufacturer. I look forward to continuing to work with him and his organization.
