Bath & Body Works

I just love this store. The customer service is always amazing: the employees seem to really like their merchandise and they always have good suggestions. They let you know the specials too. This weekend I bought a lot of items for company coming in. There was this new scent called «Sparkling Icicles» the saleswoman said it smells like a handsome man. AND BY DARN if that wasn’t EXACTLY what it smelled like. We both had a good laugh at that.

Ohhhh I love the Bath & Body Works stores that are located in neighborhood shopping centers instead of having to trek to the mall. I dislike the mall (actually, I love the mall, if it was after hours and I was a super star and they opened it just for me — it’s the rude customers that I dislike, not the mall itself). What a great B&BW at Blakeney! Large enough store that you have a great selection of a variety of items, but not so huge that it is overwhelming. I got a great deal on a FB offer for $ 6 for a fragrance mist (that’s a savings of $ 8 off the regular price!), so I decided to mosey over to Blakeney to see if I could find a scent that didn’t make me smell like a dirty hippie or a basket of fruit. SCORE! I love the Pink Chiffon! I was told today at work that I smell like a cupcake and I may get licked. Cool — that always makes for a fun work day!
Located in the strip of shops to the left of Harris Teeter, I easily found parking. Both of the employees that I encountered were friendly and helpful without hovering. I strolled around for a bit, found my scent, sniffed and squirted a few other items for another day/​sale, painlessly checked out and I was out the door. Great store, great experience — I shall return! (But not tonight… tonight will be desperate husbands searching for last minute Valentine’s gift so they get their VDay booty and don’t get kicked out to the doghouse).
