Well, here’s my review…
Called the number listed last Monday and the call was answered in a timely manner, the gentleman that answered the phone stated that he was driving and asked if I could schedule my appointment via their online appointment system which I gladly did. Went thru the whole scheduling process online, chose three different days as options and chose «anytime» during those three days. I never heard a word from B-​Wrights so I can’t speak as to how well they can detail a car… I’m giving two stars because he did answer the phone…

I’ve had my Prius for five years, and never had it detailed. In other words, it was pretty messy. Bwright did an amazing job on the car. It looks new on the inside and outside! He was friendly, polite and prompt. I would definitely recommend Bwright for car detailing, and won’t wait another 5 years to get my car cleaned again.

Customer Service skills are lacking big time, thus discouraging using this business. I don’t expect warm and fuzzy, but do expect to be spoken to as a valued customer who is putting my money into his pocket.

I own 2004 VW Golf and I don’t ever remember this car looking so good! I own «Naturally Clean» a local cleaning company, so I know how a car should look when cleaned. B. Wright’s customer service was great. B. Wright returned my called right away, was able to squeeze me into the schedule last minute, and showed up on time. I will definitely be calling B. Wright again when I need a mobile auto detailing service and will also be recommending him to my clients.

Thought my first review would be on a restaurant, but after finding Bernard’s mobile detail company on Unilocal i decided i had to do it on this business. Prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. I plan on using him at least once a quarter… Highly recommend.

this was the first time that i’ve hired somebody to detail my car as i do a great job of keeping it up. however, my civic is a little over 6 yrs old, and needed some extra attention that i just haven’t had the time to give it — cleaning door jams, buffing surface scratches, getting in all the little crevices that are so hard to get too etc. i am 100% satisfied with the work done, and the owner is a super nice, flexible guy! i didn’t imagine my car would look as good as he got it. it really does look like it’s brand new. i highly recommend this business!

My Honda Element looks as good as it did when I bought it new. Bernard was professional, courteous, and fast. I have had other auto detailers spend longer and it didn’t look near as good as the job BWrights did. I have found my new auto detailer and don’t need to look any further. Thanks for the awesome job.
