Extremely disappointed with this company. I found a property online that I fell in love with. It had been posted that morning, so I immediately called Allen Tate to set up time to see it, since I know properties are going quickly right now. I spoke with a gentleman over the phone who told me that the agent in charge of the property would get back to me to set up an appointment. I finally received the call back several days later, just to be told that the property received multiple offers and that the owner would be making a final decision on one of them that evening. I was not only disappointed, but frustrated and angry. I jumped at the property as soon as possible. This is not the way to treat potential customers and just people in general. Rude and unprofessional! I now know not to even bother with this company if I’m truly interested in a property.

Carla Weyrick is a great realtor. She was highly recommended to us when we first moved to the Queen City. She was patient and every once and a while would check in on us, but never felt pushy like we should purchase. Once we were ready to buy we contacted her and she dedicated her time to help us find our new home… within 4 days, we placed a bid and the rest was history.
If you are thinking about buying or selling and need a realtor, give Carla a call. She has been in Charlotte for years and years and knows a lot about the area and trends. In addition, she has great connections with other businesses that you will need when purchasing (e.g., loan, attorney, appraisers, inspectors).
