Well. Seems I’m not the only one who had an issue with this company. I also purchased a Livingsocial deal, made an appointment and the appointment was called and rescheduled on the day they were supposed to show. Got a call on the day of the second rescheduled appointment. This time, I put in for a refund with Livingsocial. Would you believe that I received a call the day after the company was supposed to show asking me how service went? The deal was marked«used» BYTHECOMPANY. I’m going to file a BBB complaint against Advanced Air if I don’t get my money back.

I have never actually submitted a review before but because my experience was so bad, I figured I should warn you… do NOT do business with this company. I purchased a Living Social Deal and when they missed my appointment with no call, I called the company and was yelled at by Jamie and told they wouldn’t service my home. Thankfully Living Social stands behind their customers and they gave me a full refund. My recommendation is to find another service provider.

Only because I can’t give them a zero. I saw a coupon in Groupon for a «One whole-house air duct and dryer vent cleaning». I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment on Wednesday and a window of 12– 4PM. I asked for a phone call about ten minutes before they were to arrive. Wednesday 4:30PM. No show and no call. I called and they said the driver had car problems. We rescheduled for Thursday at 9 –11AM. Thursday 11:30, no show no call. I called and was told I had cancelled the appointment. I explained I had not but now I wanted to. They tried to press me to set another appointment and I said they had inconvenienced me enough and I wanted my money back. They hung up. Now I did some research on this company. Yes, I should have done it bfore buying the Groupon but I thought Groupon vetted their vendors. HORRIBLEREVIEWS!!! There are several Youtube videos of what these types of companies do to rip-off consumers.
