Accident Recovery Center

I just moved back to Charlotte and needed a new chiropractor. I read good reviews online so I thought I’d give him a try. I’m glad I did the staff is amazing. Easy to get in. Had to wait a day to be seen the first time but since then I call same day and I get in with no problem. The chiropractor is so sweet and very knowledgable. He listened to my concerns and is very genuine and caring. I appreciate that in a Doctor. I just wish they were open on the weekends. I usually go after work and they still see me even if I’m a few minutes late (horrible 5pm traffic to blame). I’ll be calling Monday to be seen again. Good location. Easy and plenty of parking. No wait. They get you on a massage table before your visit with the chiropractor. He gave me exercises to do and told me things that will help with my back pain.

I’ve been going to this chiropractic office for close to 4 weeks now; I don’t know how pleasant these appointments can be but I can say for sure that I don’t have any complaints yet!
So the name speaks for itself — Accident Recovery Center, which is what drew me to this office after my car accident. I guess you can’t go wrong with this name lol. The office layout is semi-​open, which isn’t bad, and for privacy there’s an x-​ray room and a private office as well.
Both chiropractors were very helpful when explaining the insurance/​liability/​financial side of things. Aside from the traditional cracking and popping of the back, they have a machine that does the same spinal adjustments without having to twist and put pressure on the back. Another thing I noticed was the gentle manner in which they treat their patients. There are usually other patients in there with me, some old and some without great English skills — Dr Giel seems to always make sure they leave with the understanding of the treatment as well as their take-​home exercises.
I feel comfortable in this place. I’d come back if I need another adjustment.

This is a new location for Dr. Wells. He has been treating me for a few years. In my opinion there is not a better chiropractor in Charlotte. I like the new location. It has a warm, comfortable feel. He and his staff will keep you smiling.
