AAIR of Charlotte

Was seen here in October 2014 to continue my allergy treatment from an out-​of-​state office. After my initial visit, it took nearly eight weeks for anyone to call me back even though I had called several times to inquire about my vials (which were supposed to be shipped from my previous allergist). They left a cryptic message on my answering machine, saying that my previous allergist was not responding to them. When I called my previous allergist, they confirmed that they had sent my records and hadn’t hear from AAIR since. It should NOT have taken EIGHT weeks for AAIR to get in touch with me and they should NOT have blamed my other allergist for their lack of follow through. After spending WEEKS trying to get in touch with a human being at AAIR, I finally sent them an email to close my patient file. That’s how ridiculous this place is. No one there seems to want to answer the phone or return a phone call. Who has the time to be chasing them down? Have since found an allergist in Pineville who got me in the office in one week, started my allergy shots within two days, and manages several patients in their office at any given time with much more ease and professionalism. My recommendation: Take your health ELSEWHERE!
