I briefly worked at this pizza place many years ago and one night I heard scratching in the walls and eventually saw a mouse poke its head out of a hole. I also knew that the hinge on the cool refrigerator never closed the door completely so it left an opening a few inches in size. I suspect the mice may have their fill of cheese after hours when the place was closed. I had eaten pizza at this place until that discovery but decided against it after that. I don’t know how it ever passed a health inspection.

We ordered from here twice while visiting friends and really enjoyed the pizza both times. Their sauce is very flavorful and the crust done perfectly. They quoted us a pretty ridiculous delivery time, so we picked up the pizza instead. I realize this isn’t a big deal for most, but when chasing 2 toddlers around it can be a big production to go anywhere.

Not bad for a pizza place. Food is much better than the national chain pizza joints nearby. Pleasantly surprised of the pasta dishes. Big, tasty chicken wings.

For SoMD, this pizza is great. I’m from NJ and miss Jersey pizza. This is one if the closest things I’ve found since moving down here. The staff is always courteous.

No love pizza and grew up in NYC where pizza is amazing. Pizza Hotline is simply fresh, hot, and amazing. I don’t have complaints as they deliver with courtesy and a smile. Even more so, the texture and flavor of the pizza is fabulous!

The food is mediocre at best. The service is horrible. There’s always something missing but the last incident took will keep me from ordering fromthem again. I paid with my credit card online and had reciept, but the delivery kid insisted that I didn’t and needed to pay him cash. After I convinced him that I already paid and he left, I found that my wings did not have the dipping sauce, and they forgot the beef for my taco salad. When I called to complain, the young woman was rude and said the driver would be back out later with the rest. She said there was nothing more she could do for me, and if I didn’t like that, them he could come pick up my food and I could expect a refund in two weeks.

Check your receipts! Website consistently doesn’t apply coupons for specials. The first time I noted it in the comments and the driver told me they apply it after and I didn’t need to put it in the comments. Next time I don’t include it in the comments and no discount. I called to ask them to give me a credit and I got blamed for not noticing my e-​mail receipt. Too bad because I liked their pizza but I won’t patronize a place that treats good customers this way.

This place has seriously been here my entire life (26+ years!). I don’t think I’ve had pizza from here within the last 15 years, but I recently moved back to town and was craving one of my favorite pizzas from where I lived in Madison, WI. With all of the sorry/​slim food choices in Charlotte Hall, I knew it was going to be a gamble, but I came out ahead this time!
I was delighted to be able to easily build and order my replica Wisconsin pizza online. Feta cheese, three cheese blend, tomato sauce, spinach, mushrooms and red onions. I ordered the teensy tiny 7″ for myself. $ 8 bucks with $ 2 tip. Winning.
I pull up to Pizza Hotline and they are definitely busy, the inside is clean and the kitchen looked old, but well kept. All the teens were busy working and not screwing off, which was nice to see! I was watching some of the pizzas they were boxing up as I was waiting and everything looked mighty tasty and nothing burnt. There are only a few small tables in here, FYI. Definitely more of a carryout place.
I got my teensy pizza opened and dug into that baby, to my surprise, it was VERY good! It closely resembled my beloved pizza in Wisconsin. I was super happy with my order. It was a little light handed on the toppings and feta cheese, but it was very tasty. Mushrooms aren’t those crappy, soggy canned white ones, red onion was thin and fresh, cheese, sauce and crust was delish and fresh tasting, the pizza didn’t taste like chemicals like pizza hut or dominoes sometimes does.
I will definitely order from here again with my next pizza craving.
If you are looking for something a little special and are interested in supporting a local business, I highly recommend you forget about Pizza Hut or Dominoes and give Pizza Hotline a call, I don’t think you will be disappointed!

Pizza Hot Line in Charlotte Hall is always good and they will cook pizza to your liking. They are usually busy but always nice and do a great job. They are the #1 choice in the area.

Their website is excellent and ordering is a breeze– you can alter salads and pizzas really easily to fit your needs. The delivery was fast and the pizza arrived hot, the salad was cold, and everything was delicious. Their house dressing is great and has tons of oregano! The pizza itself has a nice thin crust, good amount of cheese. Definitely recommend.

Pizza here is on the same level as pizza hut or papa john’s. If you want decent pizza in the area hit up Napoli Pizza in Waldorf. Napoli seriously has the best pizza you can find in Charles & St Mary’s county

Pizza Hotline is the only pizzeria in Charlotte Hall that is not part of a national chain. Growing up in the area, it has always been my first choice for pizza. Some may find their pizzas to be too greasy. Often I have had to soak up grease with a paper towel before eating their pizza. However, they more than make up for this with their quality cheese and toppings. Their specialty pizzas are especially good. I would recommend the Taco pizza and the Greek pizza. Pizza Hotline offers subs and a variety of appetizers that are of mediocre quality, I usually stick to the pizza.
The service at Pizza Hotline is generally friendlier than most establishments in the Charlotte Hall area. However, there have been instances where I have had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged when I was the only customer in the restaurant. Delivery service is quick and their drivers are very friendly. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a great deal where, if you save five receipts over $ 10, you receive a free large pizza. Overall, Pizza Hotline offers quality pizza and has quick service. If nothing else, it is defiantly the best choice for pizza in Charlotte Hall.

Charlotte Hall does not offer an ample variety of dining establishments other than fast food. Limited time can call for desperate measures, yet never desperate enough to hit up Micky D’s. Pizza seemed like a fair bet.
While the pizza was alright, and the servers behind the counter were more than friendly, the atmosphere was pretty bare boned and designed for pick up and take out orders. For the individuals looking to just swing in for a quick bite, keep in mind you are limited to one booth table sandwiched between a wall and soda machine. And if it is occupied, I hope your car is comfy.
