Awful. Never in my wildest dreams would so many people choose to support a place that keeps breeding tigers only to rip the away from their mothers before they are weaned so humans can juggle them around while they scream and cry. Worse, ask any questions that deserve answers and get yelled at or cussed out. Rude, exploitive, unnecessary. This is anything but conservation and education.

Wanted to love this. Was disappointed. The experience of touching and being so close to baby tigers is unreal and should absolutely be enjoyed by all BUT the people were sooo RUDE! The woman who lead our session was petting something furry and asked if anyone knew what it was. A boy yelled«a stuffed animal» she looked obviously annoyed and rolled her eyes with her perma– b***h face and kept asking others. Finally she lifts it up and says«it’s a scarf» …ok? so then why so annoyed when the boy guessed that it wasn’t a real animal? This same rude woman came around with the tiniest little monkey baby in a diaper and said«does anyone else want their picture with him?» I raised my hand and said«i do!» and with the same b***h face she says«I’m only doing it for kids» i said«well, i paid $ 27 to come here too .» –5 min later i see her letting another girl around 20 take a photo with it… Just felt so unwelcome. They want donations and I love animals but it would be hard for me to pay money to return there. Sad that such a neat experience is tied to such a yucky memory of the people there.

Dream Bucket list #320 play with baby tigers… check. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would ever be able to play with baby tigers yet Tim and W.I.N. Have made it a reality. I was beyond excited… I am talking teenager at a boy band concert excited… for days prior to our visit. We arrived about an hour early and were greeted and parked and pointed to the check in area. After checking in we were able to see several beautiful tigers(these are the most beautiful, healthy looking tigers I have ever seen in a captive environment.) and talk to staff about the facility and the animals. Full tours will be available this summer. Closer to our playtime we entered the waiting room and enjoyed complimentary cocoa and had a few minutes to browse the gift shop. Once our time arrived we entered the playroom and had a seat on the floor. The room is large with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We listened to a small presentation before the stars of the show entered. The staff is knowledgable and extremely entertaining. First to enter were three adorable English Bulldogs. Then of course… BABYTIGERS… they are allowed to roam the room interacting with all the playtime guests with staff constantly supervising. If someone becomes a tiger baby hog the staff will gently relocate them to another area of the room. A few minutes in the staff makes the rounds with an adorable otter and later a monkey who is always up for a selfie. If you get the chance to attend the tiger baby playtime I would suggest you sit along the half wall. Tim called the tigers from behind the wall and all three Cubs used me to climb up to him. Best seat ever. While this experience is a dream come true for me the real purpose is to educate.

The time of our lives. We had such a great time very educational. We will defiantly be back to see the baby tigers. The staff were the best telling us about the animals. Every one should go and experience it. You will not regret it.

We decided to spend the afternoon meeting these little guys. We had a great time! Took three boys 2 age 7 and a 14yr old. They loved it, such a neat experience. We will definitely go back and recommend to everyone.

We had an absolute blast when we went! I have never heard of this place until some friends of ours told us about it a couple of months ago. I have been in contact with them on Facebook and they said that they would let me know when another Tiger Baby Playtime event would open up. We were on our way home from Turkey Run State Park when they messaged me and said that another event opened up. We promptly went to the website to reserve and almost instantly the Saturday was full. We reserved the Friday Night event at 8:00pm. We arrived about 20 minutes before the event time. It was pretty easy, despite it being out in the middle of nowhere! They have signs giving directions. The very friendly staff parked us and we were greeted to free Starbucks coffee and what looked like brand new animal enclosures with very large covered shelters and clean pens. We have heard and read reviews that there were a ton of people crammed into a little room and there was little to no interaction with any animals. This was so far from the truth. There was about 25 – 35 people in a very large room, all sitting down. Everyone as friendly and very cooperative with the volunteers. There was no mayhem or loud ruckus going on. They also had 4 tiger cubs, an otter, two bulldog puppies and a couple of monkeys. Lots and lots of interaction. Oh, and for those who say it’s animal cruelty to do this, how about this… It’s cruel what they came from. These Cubs were born in captivity because the parents were rescued from different areas, including being an exotic pet. While I believe that a wild animal deserves and does best in the wild, the animals here couldn’t be in better hands. The people here have a genuine love for them and put everything they have into making sure these animals are treated and cared for in the best possible way.

I wanted to love this experience. I didnt. The majority of the volunteers/staff were disinterested in anything but making money. We were treated like a herd of sheep. My daughter(17) wanted a chance to hold one of the animals they were allowing people to interact with. The volunteer told her that she would give her a chance after she had given all of the other kids a chance. My daughter then asked again near the end of the experience. The volunteer literally tossed the monkey on my daughters head, left it there for 5 seconds and grabbed it back. We apparently had annoyed her. There were a lot of kids at the experience. Many left in tears due to the baby tigers and the monkey injuring them. I get it, they are animals and they bite and scratch. Not somewhere I would take a child under 12. They may be baby tigers, but they are strong. I wanted to give these people the benefit of the doubt and think that they are actually helping and not harming animals. I left with a sick feeling in my stomach that I had just supported something very wrong.

The most amazing experience you can ever possibly have! We drove five hours for the sole reason to play with baby tigers. I will remember this experience for the rest of my life! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The owner truly loves the animals and I applaud him for everything he does. If you can’t make it to see the animals consider making a donation to help out this great cause.

This was a great time for us baby tigers you got to interact with and its for a good cause Wildlife In Need, Inc got some bad press awhile back but gotten things fixed and they use these events for people to see and touch these great animals so you feel a connection with them and understand the need to help keep them around for future generations, The best part was seeing all the kids glassy eyed petting them and watching them playing. They do have rules on how to be with the tigers and have 5 Wildlife In Need, Inc personal with you at all time

I went and did the baby tiger visit last month and had a great time. The man who runs it, Tim I think, was definitely a character. The chance to interact with baby tigers, tigers of any age really, is a once in a lifetime experience. I guess there are conflicting reports on the sanctuary, the people that run it and who actually benefits from it. But to me, it looked clean, the people were friendly and caring of the animals(guests were watched closely to make sure they were not mishandling the babies. If someone was too persistent or too rough, they were called on it immediately), and if it does help the tiger population in the long run… I support it.

Mixed thoughts here… Was it cool getting to touch/play with a couple of «Baby» tigers and a kangaroo… Hell Ya it was, but at what cost? The owner is… well…“Real” is the word I will use. He doesn’t sugar coat anything and is not your typical«Owner». He could really give two«SH#TS» if you like what he is doing or how he does it and he will tell you that… in front of your kids!!! If you do not like«Crass» people… I WOULDAVOIDTHISPLACELIKETHEPLAGUE! If you do not mind that type of person and you want to go and touch the tigers, this is your place!!!
