This is my home dunks and as far as dunks goes — they’re know how to do their thing. But what I’d really like to talk about is GiSHWHeS the greatest scavenger hunt the world has ever seen. Participating in GiSHWHeS creates community(much like this Dunkin Donuts) and encourages you to try new things(much like this Dunkin Donuts). The world is your bizarre and unexplored oyster of possibility and madness when you are armed with an iced coffee from Dunks and a task from GiSHWHeS. It’s the best kind of madness and love. 5⁄5 do recommend to all. LETTHEREBEOVERFLOWINGKINDNESSANDCAFFEINEFORALL.

Let’s give it up for Eddie! I know it will be a fun time when Eddie waves me up to take my order.

I know It’s a Dunkin Donuts franchise. I know what you’re thinking: who would give a national chain a five star review? Here’s your answer: Me. This place gets so much flack, but let’s be honest here, this place is an absolute madhouse from 7 – 10 am Monday-Friday, but they always manage to keep their composure and the staff is so very attentive. Eddie mainly is the reason I go near every morning. I could easily make a cup of coffee at work, but I love coming in to see Eddie’s face. He’s very kind as efficient!

Same olé, same olé. Recent visit finds this DD reverting back… Dirty flooded ladies’ room, EVERY table occupied by people just hanging out(no food or drink), language barrier, and very little donut selection. Jelly cruller was stale. With no Ladies’ room available, I used the Men’s room and it was disgusting. Another reviewer wrote that«Townees love to hang out here… for hours…» as a positive… Well, this isn’t a positive or fair to REALCUSTOMERS. There needs to be an enforced timed, table limit. One star for decent coffee. Where is management???

This is consistently the worst DD I have ever patronized. I have thrown away my bakery products once I got home and found them to be stale and clearly day old several times and honestly don’t remember ever having that problem at a DD before in 40 plus years of going there. The ownership clearly recognizes that they have a captive audience in town and don’t have to care about quality to still have long lines at peak times, so they don

This location is conveniently situated near the BHCC’s main building which is awesome if I need an early morning fix. Just a short walk past the bridge that connects the shopping plaza with the school. For a place that has a lot of staff, they do as little as possible to clean up the tables. I mean there are at most times, about 6 different people behind the counter. Granted it’s a very busy location, but a lot of times I see them just standing around chit-chatting while the tables were a mess. Another thing I dislike but realize I can’t fault them for is that there is a large community of elderly people who sit down and take up space just talking to one another or reading a newspaper. The seating is limited so this is kind of an annoyance but what can you do.

Eddie the cashier was a total Jerk!!! He was raising his voice and rushing me. There was no line behind me and there was no need for him to be so rude. Im sorry I asked for an oreo donut for my husband instead of the proper name of «oreo crumb»

I finally had the opportunity to try Dunkin Dark Iced Coffee while in Boston. It should have been a bolder more intense coffee. But it was very similar to the regular iced coffee served at Dunkin. I was very disappointed and letdown.

This DD rocks! I have been going here for two years EVERY single week — Monday through Friday without fail. EVERY time I go in I am greeted by name, they remember my coffee order and I leave with a smile on my face. I LOVE this DD!!!

Typical DD experience, only a couple of tables to sit at — line wasn’t long in later afternoon. Coffee was as ordered. Over and out.

They’ve got parking, two entrances, spacious interior, and even TV’s constantly tuned on CNN(with audio!). The line can get long but it also moves super quickly. Townies also LOVE to hang out here… for hours. And hours.
