As a nanny/​babysitter of 12.5 years who has worked with other agencies, Your Happy Nest has by far been the most professional and organized! Bayly makes sure to take the time to get to know you as an individual, and will only send positions to you that she knows will be a good fit for both parties involved. I’ve only worked through Bayly for a few months, but she has introduced me to so many awesome families (including her own), that I feel like I’ve been employed through her for years. The thing that I respect most about Bayly is that she’s always available for advice and/​or a second opinion when the babysitter/​nanny she employs needs it.
