Though I really like their food they were very rude to me on the phone. Ive ordered from them many times usually orders upward of $ 60. Today I tried to order a small meal and they refused to let my boyfriend pay with his card while he is in Cross Lanes. I am at my mother’s where there is no food at the moment and I am pregnant. They told me that if I cannot present them with the card and an id that they could not let me pay. They have never asked to see my card before. And all of my orders have been at this address. They are rude without reason and got snippy with me when I told them that they had never asked before. They have lost a well paying, well tipping, regular customer today.

One of the better Chinese places in the area. They have fast friendly service and the crab ragoons are second best only to the rice bowl in cross lanes. The honey chicken is something to try, very good.

Aside from being somewhat rude and dismissive on the phone, this establishment takes credit cards, but not if you’re staying in a hotel. As if that makes any sense. And he got rude when I wouldn’t order. I don’t have cash? I can’t order if you can’t take a credit card.
