Dr. Pagan’s staff seems genuinely caring about the patients. Always courteous. Dr Pagan takes the time to listen to you and get ask the information to better diagnose the patients problems.

Been a patient there for years but seems like the help there has no idea who is who. Not great customer service. I like the doctors once you get to them but what a cluster before hand. Getting in seems confusing. You fill out useless paperwork everytime that has nothing to do with your ailment. I was already in a bad mood based on my back pain. I was a bout to leave and go to Nason when I finally got in. Busby took care of me and he is very good at what he does. So when convenient I will walk down to their location but if not very convenient I will go to Nason. Costs me $ 25 more but the service until you get in is far superior. And when in pain not worth the crap out front. One day they might figure that out. They did update the office but staff up front still numbskulls.
