New to the area and my first visit to this salon. Upon my entry I said hello and that I had an appointment. 25 minutes after my appointment time they took me back. The pedicure station had boiling hot water-so they had to drain it and refill it, which took more time! While my mani pedi was good quality, at no point during my visit did Tiffany(owner) ever make eye contact with me or even say hello. In such a small space, where conversations can be overheard, she totally missed the opportunity to provide spectacular customer service.

Great place for a pedicure/manicure! Very clean and reasonably priced. They took great care of me. Try to go during the week as it appears to be crazy busy on the weekend! Previous reviews mentioned a need for renovation-this must have happened, because it’s very clean, and has a new feel. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer of Tiffany’s for many years and have sent many people there until today. My sweet daughter-in-law went in today for a polish change and was treated rudely and unprofessionally. A fellow client at the drying station even asked her if Tiffany was always so rude. Among other things, the credit card machine was malfunctioning and Tiffany told my daughter-in-law that her cards were«declined» in front of the entire salon. When Tiffany tried her own card it didn’t work and realized the problem was with the machine. The receipt even indicated that it was a «transmission error». There are too many salons West Ashley to have to put up with rudeness. Try the salon by Food Lion, they are actually professional and have great customer service!

Got a mani-pedi. It’s the first one I’ve had so I can’t compare it to other places. All I know is I loved it! I walked in and was given a chair right away, but several others had to wait who arrived after me. There were 3 nail technicians working and about 8 women waiting to be served. Those with appointments were taken first. I know I’ll be going back here since it’s adjacent to the Bi-Lo on Bees Ferry.
