The Spiced Chai Tea was excellent, we now wish we could get back and buy some more. Lots of other interesting items such as smoked and flavored salts and groovy tea/coffee paraphernalia. A nice shop with a friendly owner.

They had lots of different teas and spices and herbs. The place was awesome. I wish we had one in CT.

Everyone grate your own sea salt rock at my nest dinner party. Not a bad idea for a dinner conversation starter. This place has a lot of variety and was fun to walk around. They have various salts, peppers, and sugars that are not commonly found in your local grocer. They also have some different grains like Chinese Black Rice, quinoa, etc. One can buy sampler pack for between $ 4 – 5, which isn’t too bad while you are on vacation. I didn’t realize that they had as many locations as they do. I decided not to buy since they have one in Cincinnati. Oh and I think, they have some tea too.

Had a lot of options. The staff were helpful. I like that they have a lot of little samples to test out different spices and rubs. I thought they were flavorful. I also liked their flavored sugar section. Would go back.

Very neat little shop with all kinds of spices, teas, sugars, etc. You can buy it in 1oz «sample» packs which is nice — then you can order online if you find that you use it a lot. The staff was friendly & they had a lot of unique items. Definitely stop in if you’re shopping around by the market!

Excellent choices of herbs, teas, spices, flavored teas and more. Extremely clean shop and when we in the store the owners were grinding the spices etc. and packaging them. They were fresh. Near the market. Worth a stop. The web site is I was told that everything in the store is online. Better to get them freshly ground than those package in bulk sitting on shelves in the supermarket. Corner of Church and South Market. 843.965.8300

Loved it. We were introduced to the store on a culinary tour and returned to buy lots of spices, teas, and flavored salts after the tour. I loved this store, and found out that there is a similar store on McKinney Ave in Dallas. Not exactly cheap, but the store is addictive and you better have someone who can drag you out or take your credit card because you will want to buy a little of everything!

This place is a very fun shop for the foodies/cooks. It’s outrageously priced and though I realize this I always end up coming back with the family. Now I just go for the spicy tuna rub, They have a wall of loose leaf tea in the back any tea lover must check out. I love their califoria green blend(forgot the exact name), drank it every day after I got it, and the almond black tea!

MYWIFEHADTODRAGMEOUTOFTHERE! I swear I spent 30 minutes just sniffing the different salts and trying to justify why I needed at least one bag of each and every type… I didn’t even get enough time to explore the teas and sugars, although my wife tells me that the tea she bought is some of the best she’s ever had. This store not only has everything I’d ever need, it has those hard to find salts and spices that I usually resort to the internet to purchase. One of a kind shop not to be overlooked!
