To say I LOVED my wedding cake is an understatement! I really can’t say enough good things about Sablee and Monica. I’m a cake person… I love cake and would eat it every day if I could. Everyone in my family and all my friends know it… so I knew my wedding cake had to be awesome. While in Charleston, I sampled cake from five different places. I was blown away by the flavors at Sablee. It was the easiest decision of my wedding planning!
Monica was a pleasure to work with from the start and created the exact cake I envisioned. I wanted a «naked» cake and it turned out perfectly! She even decorated the cake with fresh flowers from my florist. The cake was beautiful but most importantly… DELICIOUS!!! I can’t tell you how many wedding guests said it was the best cake they had ever had. I couldn’t be happier with our choice!
