Stopped in yesterday for lunch(3÷18÷16) awesome service and great food. Had a burger with pimento cheese and banana peppers«their» way, so good! Will go back for sure, especially since it’s so close to home

Three stars for the food truck tacos. Burgers decent but not stellar. Decent but pretty average overall.

No change in rating. So why do it. Well, this morning I went for breakfast and the other time I went for dinner. I had not been here for breakfast but this was an equally good experience. Our house is without heat right now and it is 49 degrees in the home so we are living out of there whenever possible. So breakfast, which I normally make at home, was not going to happen and we went to the closest place. Sure glad we did because it was plenty warm. I thought it strange but it worked out that it does not open until 8 but we got there at 8 and about 10 people were waiting. Good sign! The waitress was perfect. She was nice enough to take our order before the 8 top in order to get our food out at a reasonable time. We ordered the Yo Momma’s Bisquits and gravy and the Breakfast burger. The bisquits and gravy was fantastic. My wife really enjoyed them and it was the only order they had because they cook it ahead of time so glad we got their first. I had the breakfast burger with home fries. I liked the burger and love that it had 2 fried eggs on top. Not a huge burger but good flavor. The home fries were also good. I like mine a little crispy but these were very good other than not being crispy. Loved the convenience and our service was well above par. Might see you several more times this week depending on our heating system.

Great food and service. Fried pickles were delicious, crunchy and not oily. I had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes aand fried okra. All was great. Other two at my table had the same and one had grilled chicken. All had great comments. Server Danielle was excellent. Very attentive and a delight to talk to. Thank you.

Great food and friendly people. Very much a home style, down home place. Would recommend to anyone from out of town.

Variable. The first time I went with a group, more than one person at our table was served burned food. I said I wouldn’t be back, but decided to give it another try when it was uncrowded on father’s day. Second time I had a great meal and so did my kids. Third time with a group, most people enjoyed their meals. Fourth time the food was so salty that we could barely eat it. Tone down the salt, Rollin South!

Best cheesesteak on James Island. Now I know where to go. Menu looks really good but it will be hard for me to try anything else knowing how good that cheesesteak is.

We’ve been twice for brunch and enjoyed it both times. Good omelets and big portions! The grits were cooked great too – not too runny, which is unfortunately often the case around town. They also actually have a decent little collection of local beers on tap. Have been once for dinner(it’s sort of standard pub/bar food) and went with the Chicken Philly and was kind of surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It’s a good little place that I would definitely check out if you live on that side of town!

Now here is a place that gets my business at least once a week. It is a local eatery that has great French fries(I’ve been known to get a basket for«dessert»), fried seafood, and a filling cheesesteak sub. The waitstaff is prompt, courteous, and on top of things even when the place is busy. They serve breakfast until 11:00 and prepare a mean French toast. My son is particularly fond of the Hangover sandwich which has a fried egg on it. There is a selection of beers available including Holy City Pluff Mud and the usual favorites. Daily specials are available and wouldn’t be complete without one of Heather’s homemade desserts. Give ‘em a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Overpriced for such a small portion. Servers are terrible at what they do. Food came out cold. Literally one other table in there at the time I ate and it took the cook 18 min to make a burger and fries. Their chef salad is 9.95 without meat. 3.50 for ham, 3.50 for turkey, Cheesecake Factory salads are cheaper than that! I asked for just a burger without the side, they told me no!!! You never tell the customer NO. Someone needs to seriously help this place out. One time I sat there for twenty five min without even being asked what I wanted to drink, we left and again there were only two other tables with 3 servers on!!! get your shit together, I really don’t see this dive lasting a year!

Fatty patty melt… add bacon. pretty tasty. Not a bad little spot. I have eatin alot of french fries in my life, love the fact they are fresh cut and not to thick. Thumbs up on the fries. Not an extensive menu, but i believe what they do offer they do well which is nice. They also do breakfast, so i will not pass up the opportunity to try that out as well. Def a spot to try out, food was tasty Great job guys!

We tried this new restaurant and it was fantastic. Simple Southern food at great prices. For appetizers we had the Pimento Cheese dip and it was flavorful with just a hint of spice. We also had the Folly Fries — house fries smothered with chili, cheddar cheese, fresh jalapeños, bacon, & buttermilk ranch. They were very tasty. We ordered the corned beef reuben, and Mike’s Favorite –Taylor pork roll, white american cheese on a kaiser roll. I grew up on this and it was just as good as I remember it, although they offer it with mustard I had it with ketchup. Both could not have been better. For dessert we split a piece of hummingbird cake. The food was plentiful and very good. Service was perfect. I cannot wait to try more of the menu.

I am pumped!!! This place is five minutes from my house and this place is delicious! I got the portobello panini with pasta salad. I could have passed on the pasta salad it just had a weird taste. But thankfully my roommate gave me some of her fries and they were awesome! The panini was very good. Huge mushrooms with red onions, feta cheese and something else can’t really remember. What I do remember is that I wanted to go back the next day to order it again. The only low was that is was alittle tense in the restaurant. The workers were kinda all over the place.

I was at a user conference at the Wild Dunes Resort recently and the organizers set up a food truck rodeo on the last night. The Rollin South food truck was one of the trucks we could choose from. Although I’m not usually one to eat fish, everyone kept raving about their Mahi tacos so I decided to give them a try and wow… they were amazing! Just the right amount of crunch and the flavor was amazing. I went back for more!!! The service was quick and the guy in the truck was very friendly. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely stop by their restaurant.

I am pressed to even give one star. I have eaten twice here. The first time was a disaster. If you are a breakfast joint, you better know how to cook eggs correctly the first time. The toast was like cardboard with no butter on it. The Philly was not very good. The special was a breakfast Philly that had eggs and bacon on it. The eggs looked like they were run over by a truck and the bacon was no where to be found. The second time was as bad as the first visit. There was a large group eating breakfast that allowed none of the parents to sit except at the bar. Other parents in the group complained that their food was salty, dry or not editable. I am always for the small independent restaurant and it’s survival. Hopefully the owner will read this and change things.

Great food great atmosphere central James Island location. Best grits in town. Hot coffee. Custom omelettes for breakfast. The Ruben is incredible. Make sure to check out the dinner specials. Fried flounder and collards like grandma used to make.

I’m surprised that this place wasn’t put up on Unilocal yet. Granted they’ve only been open for a week, this place has been packed! Once you give it a try, you’ll understand why. They keep it simple here, which is great because that lets each ingredient shine. The first thing that caught my attention is the Reuben You the Right Way. When I asked the bartender and manager what their favorite meal here was, they both pointed me right back to the reuben. So reuben is what I had, and it did reub’ me the right way. They make their own corned beef here, along with other meats, but I took the managers advice and got the pastrami reuben. Boom! So good. The bread was toasted just right, the cheese was melty and delicious, and the pastrami was juicy and robust with spicy flavors. I also got fries, which caught me off guard. Usually when a place advertises house cut fries, I expect thick fries. These were the thin fries, which usually are limp and can get soggy, but every fry was crispy on the outside, and nice and flaky on the inside. They did the thin fries right. Hit them with some malt vinegar or a little ketchup and you are doing just fine. I finished with a childhood favorite, key lime pie. Dude… on point. Get it. Or don’t. That just means more for me. The manager also sold me on the burgers, so I’m looking forward to going back for one.
