Moved in to the largest unit they offer — 160 a month. Within 6 months they jacked that up to 205. I visited regularly and talked with the gals any time they were available. I mentioned several times that I was concerned about the pest management program. Asked them to see their records(none were provided). The bait stations are NEVER checked or replaced. I was there for 9 months and checked every visit and it was the same. I complained of mud daubers in my unit(wasps) they said they are not responsible for the interior of the unit. The unit had several cracks in the side where I could see through, and that they said would be their responsibility. These were not fixed. There are mud nests on many of my items as a result of the building not being sealed. My unit backed to some vegetated areas which were not maintained. There should be an egress to prevent harboring of pests. The door did not seal tight at the bottom. My unit was always full of leaves where they blow in from under the door. When I moved out I found an ants nest that was coming from the corner of the building. Ants alllll over my stuff and stinging me. The gate NEVER works. Units are not secure. Took about 3 months for them to get a motor repaired and then a month later it was broken. The second gate does not work either and they have no intentions of fixing it. Management and corporate will tell you what you want to hear, but won’t do anything to solve the problems. They will acknowledge your concerns, smile, politely nod and collect their inflated premiums. Sorry this didn’t work out, I intended staying here for much longer. It’s a pain to move a 12×30 unit in one day; but I chose that over staying here any longer.
