This is the second time my mother tried to order a pizza from this Pizza Hut in a month. The first time they delivered the wrong pizza after a 45 min wait. Then it took another hour to get the right pizza. Today, she decided to give them another try and ordered a pizza at 1:05pm for a late lunch, at 2:38pm She STILL did not have her pizza! She lives less than 5 minutes away, but Dad had the car at work. She called back and the person replied, «we only have one driver ma’am». What a waste! That could have been explained before! This was not just a bad day or isolated incident. It is clear that management could care less and employees are even less sensitive to you as a customer. WOW. Really? Domino’s anyone?. According to the app. Pizza is nearly done. Hmmm. Oh wait, who’s that at the door? Its 2:44pm and the Pizza Hut Pizza is finally here. Really? Its almost 3pm and 2 hours later. Too late Mom cancelled the order. Lost another customer SMH

I work for a local business and provide my workers Pizza Hut pizza on a regular basis. I ordered several Big Box deals and sent my worker up to get it. They stated they did not have wings and so did not make ANY of the order. When she looked to get it made they advised the only way was to get delivery and wait 2 hours and pay additional monies. Since I sent her up with the amount stated when we ordered she could not get the pizza and my workers had to go hungry. When I called up to the store to file a complaint and get the pizza I spoke with the manager on duty and had to wait as she talked to people in the background and place me on hold several times. Finally I got frustrated and hung up and called the corporate number. I received a complaint number and was told to wait several days for a return call. The initial incident happened on 11÷22÷12 and I waited until 21÷1÷12 before calling back in. This time I stated I wanted to talk to someone immediately so I was transferred to a supervisor. They gave me the corporate number that has no option to speak with anyone other then get transferred back to the initial complaint line. I spoke with a manager the 2nd time around and she promised a resolution that someone would get back in contact with me within 3 days and to back it up she would call me back the day after to ensure I was happy. I was happy with the proposed resolution and waited. To this day no one has called including the manager that promised a call back. This is terrible handling of an issue and deplorable leadership resolution. Do not go to this location as they are a ghetto place!
