I’ve been there twice. The second time it was close to closing and the staff was very kind and didn’t make us feel rushed. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate the extra care the manager took with answering my questions about an item. She took time to give me info and put batteries in it to show how it worked and wasn’t miffed or anything when I decided to go with a different item. She also helped me redeem a credit I had towards my purchase. I haven’t tried to sell items to the store so I can’t review that aspect of the business. Over all I couldn’t have asked for more. Happy customer.

This store has rejected brand new clothing because it looked too worn. The clothes were brand new from children’s place, and my son never had the chance to wear them. Also, refused a nearly new crib bedding set because it was being sold without a bumper. New AAP guidelines state that bumpers should not be used. Owner stated that«we only buy crib bedding with bumpers because they don’t sell well without» this was after the super sweet employee explained the new guidelines over the phone. I will NEVER buy or sell to them again. Especially after my comment questioning their buying practices on their facebook was deleted after they responded in a way that came off as rude.
