It goes from bad to worse. After trying this location again for a while, the drive through times are slightly improved, but the management clearly doesn’t care about their customers. This time they didn’t give me a sandwich I ordered. Instead of calling, which I have done in the past, I didn’t want to take time away from conversing with my guests, so I just waited until the next day, and informed the manager when I went through they owed me a sandwich. Well that isn’t good enough for them. Instead of making it right by replacing a sandwich that they ripped me off and didn’t provide, since I didn’t have my receipt with me, they chose to argue over«policy.» She claims to have needed the receipt to staple to the new receipt or something to that effect. This was a flat out lie, as they have shorted me before, I have called, and just went through and got my food, no receipt necessary. This manager would rather argue with her customer at the drive through and on the phone. So I drove away. They can eat my biscuit(with onions, so useless to anyone else at that point), rather than make their customer somewhat satisfied. I went down the street to Suzi’s, and at least got what I ordered. I’ll be boycotting this McDonald’s, again, for a few months. Since it’s the only one I will go to when I am in South Charleston, that means the entire company won’t be getting my breakfast money for a quite some time. But Suzi’s benefits. Such a shame they would rather hire people to practice corporate pettiness than doing business the right way.
