The Mattress Firm on James Island needs a lesson in customer service. I had scheduled a delivery to my home on Johns Island, which they consider «long distance», and they called me and told me that they were ten minutes away (I was 20 mins from home) and the thug they have delivering it said they have a «15 minute window» until they leave. I did not make this window and now I am forced to pick the mattress up myself at their warehouse in north charleston. Mike at the mattress firm is aloof, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

Nice folks but boy do they want to sell a mattress! i like to be left alone when I’m shopping for a big ticket item, don’t try and «encourage» me ok? Good merchandise and the some of the prices seemed fair. After we finish another project well be back.
