Great work repairing our car! So professional and the price was very reasonable. the folks here went out of there way to make us feel comfortable, from the estimate to the finished job. I highly recommend this family owned business for your auto needs. the front are and the restrooms are super clean and inviting. Not junkie or dirty like other places I’ve been. To me that tells you alot about how the repair your car.

Was referred here by Austin Bryson. Had a few scratches that needed buffing out. I was very impressed with everything here including the great phone etiquette! Marty was so helpful and polite, had Louie drive me to my business while my car was being fixed. When I picked it up later, my car had been washed and vacuumed!!! What??? Super awesome!!! Great customer service! So happy with this place!

I had a great experience here! The necessary repairs on my car were going to be extremely expensive and they were very helpful in searching for a cheaper alternative in order to help my college student budget! They were also understanding and accommodating with giving me time to decide on my repairs. Staff was very friendly and kind. Will definitely return for future work!

The staff at Louie and Sons were all extremely professional, helpful, friendly and courteous. They did an amazing job, and were prompt– completing the job in half the time that I expected. I was absolutely delighted with their service and don’t have enough good things to say about them. They have certainly gained me as a customer for life and i would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.

This is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. Personable, easy to work with and reasonable prices. Been there way too many times in the last year, but they’ve made it easy – I’ve driven all the way from downtown to go here and do not regret it at all.

I took my car here after my rear bumper was damaged in an accident a few weeks back. There wasn’t too much to repair, however, I was thankful that things moved smoothly there. I wasn’t sure if there would be any problems, as the accident happened on the west coast and my insurance carrier at the time doesn’t even operate in this state. Still, they were able to get everything done in less than a week from the time I first went by for an estimate. Thanks to Rita and man, I’m sorry, I didn’t get the receptionist’s name, but she was very nice and helpful, too.
When I got my car back, the bumper had been perfectly replaced and painted.
So thanks to everyone at Louie & Sons who had a hand in helping me out.
