One of the best massages ever! It was obvious that Abigail has a deep understanding of the body and though she only had time for a 30 minute massage it was thorough and addressed my current issues. The environment was very comfortable and calming.
This is the massage you hope to get every time you make an appt with a new therapist but rarely do.

Favorite place in charleston. Abigail does magic by combining a deeper discussion with focused, physical healing on your body. She has a great story that explains why she’s doing what she’s doing and it’s an occurrence of someone that is passionate about helping others in a vehicle to do just that.

Abigail booked me for a last-​minute massage while I was in Charleston accompanied by a very bad back. I’m no newcomer to therapeutic massage (again, because of the back), and hers was the most effective I’ve ever had. I have been able to get through the rest of the week, and the pain is 90% gone. I cannot thank her enough and wish that I could go routinely!

I have had such great experiences with all providers at Lotus! Laidback atmosphere. Low stress office with affordable care options. Abigail gave me my first massage ever, and as an avid golfer and surfer I needed every minute. My hips and shoulders felt amazingly better after she worked on me. Dr. Audrey adjusted me after my massage and WoW what a great combination of care. She helped my neck, back, hips, and shoulders move better and feel better so I can stay active. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to these wellness providers!

I was vacationing in Charleston and decided to get a massage on our last day. Abigail was able to fit me in that afternoon. I’ve been having some problems with my shoulders and neck in the past few months, and she took great care with those areas. The full body massage felt great, but she especially worked on my problem shoulder areas. She was very knowledge and extremely welcoming.

I have been coming here for years! I have had many massages by many different people but Abigail’s ability to seek out my trigger points and make a point to help me feel better has kept me coming back. She referred me to the chiropractor on staff, Audrey Myers, and I have not been sorry for the switch. I feel like the two of them together don’t just make me feel better at that moment but they help to make my body work for the future!

I came down for a golf weekend with a buddy and had a knot in my back/​shoulder that needed some serious work. The day of I was able to get an hour with Paulette and she worked her magic to get me through the weekend pain free.
By far one of the better massages I’ve received, and to boot they have a sliding scale of payment so that you pay what you can afford.
Highly recommend making a trip here for some relaxation if you’re in the Charleston area.

While visiting a friend in Charleston, I was referred to One’ Respe’ for a deep tissue massage. I was underwhelmed by the «deep tissue» aspect of the massage provided for me by Paulette. However, this could be because I’m used to painfully deep massages where old Thai ladies climb onto my back and dig in with such force that the experience is more pain than pleasure. On the relaxation side, the massage was excellent. I really liked that Paulette used a cream as opposed to an oil, which absorbed well into my skin and didn’t leave me looking and feeling like an oil slick.
The establishment, like many in Charleston, was located in a cute house that had been turned into a massage location. The look and feel was quite charming. The other great things about this place are the free parking (alley parking behind the house) and the affordable prices. For a 60 minute massage, you have the option of paying anywhere between $ 45-​$ 70. A steal!
While this massage was not for me, it seems like an excellent place to get a relaxing rub down that’s well within most budgets.

Finished my girl’s weekend with a massage here. The staff was lovely and the massage was seriously the best one I’ve ever had. The price is amazing. Not to miss!

My friend and I made One’ Respe’ one of our last activities in Charleston to close out a lovely girls’ weekend. Our massages were nothing short of amazing — Thelma was my masseuse and she was incredible. My friend had Abigail and said the same. The spa is cute and earthy and super affordable — our massages were the perfect relaxing treat after a charming weekend in Charleston. Highly recommend!

Best place EVER! I have scoliosis and upon moving back to charleston after spending 4 years overseas at college, I came back disappointed and jaded by all the chiropractors I found in Charleston. They were all either too far away or super pushy or expensive. I tried an alternative route with one respe and found Audrey. I go to her every week to get chiropractic adjustments and she is the best by far! Even my boyfriend who was extremely skeptical of chiropractors due to past negative experiences walked away with no pain (he is in construction) and with full confidence in Audrey. He agreed that she is super knowledgable and makes you feel very comfortable. She is really friendly and smart. I see her not only as my amazing chiropractor, but also as a friend figure! Great staff here — Tessa is an awesome receptionist — honestly all the staff is phenomenal. SO affordable too (which I love). The best part is that they take a wellness approach. So if my back needs a massage, Audrey will recommend who I should get a massage with. She also has recommended to me the specific type of yoga I need for my back, which I am trying out this week. I recommend this place to everyone! Go :)

You cannot beat $ 45 for a one hour full body massage. Thelma was really sweet… I actually ended up talking to her the whole time!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had at a great price!

Okay. WOW. This has got to have been the best massage I’ve ever received. I had an appointment there earlier this week and LOVED it!
This place is right behind the Remedy Market, which is my recent obsession, and is extremely clean and cozy. The room in which I was massaged was a little cool, but the heated massage table absolutely made up for it (I was beginning to try and plot ways to make sleeping there forever a reasonable request).
Abigail obviously knows what she’s doing. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and knew where to work and release the knots that had been hanging out on my back. I felt so comfortable and at peace in the room, and was pretty sad once the massage was over… Getting out of the warmth of the massage table was tough.
I am looking forward to beginning acupuncture there, which is on a sliding scale. So excited to come back!
